Gyms in Cumming GA, we focus on Small Group Personal Training with groups ranging from 2 to a maximum of 12 clients. We prefer to train small groups instead of larger groups so we may focus on each individual client during every workout. We don’t want anyone to feel left out while working with us. Each workout is designed with proper progressions and regressions to fit all fitness levels. For those who prefer, we also offer Private One on One Training.
