hey guys, i want to use the personal message system that i found in this website and modify it to be a complaint management system for my project. can anybody help me to group the user in this system into students and staffs upon signing up where students use the personal message to file a complaint and then the staff can read and reply the complaint. my deadline is near and i really you guys can help me. thanks in advance.
