The Green Bay Packers made six players inactive against the Chicago Bears, including two starters already ruled out for Week 10.
Safety Morgan Burnett (groin) and offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga (torn ACL) are both inactive, as expected. They’ll be joined by rookie running back Devante Mays, rookie cornerback Donatello Brown, veteran defensive lineman Quinton Dial and rookie outside linebacker Chris Odom.
Linebackers Ahmad Brooks and Joe Thomas and right tackle Justin McCray are all active. Brooks hasn’t played since Week 5 because of a back injury. Thomas has been out since Week 4 after hurting his ankle in Green Bay’s win over Chicago. McCray injured his ankle on the final drive last week, but he’ll play and likely start at right tackle for Bulaga.
Dial is dealing with a chest injury and won’t play.
The Packers still have an open roster spot after releasing tight end Martellus Bennett, so only six inactive players were required. Bulaga hasn’t been replaced on the roster, although his spot will likely go to second-year offensive tackle Jason Spriggs next week. Spriggs was designated to return off injured reserve.
The Bears made starting linebacker Danny Trevathan inactive.
